Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PAYWITHBRO website, mobile application, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must refrain from accessing or using the services.
Scope of Services
- Assisted mobile, DTH, and utility recharge services
- Assisted bill payment services
- Platform-based service balance used solely for enabling assisted digital services
User Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the services
- Retailers, Distributors, and Master Distributors must complete applicable KYC and verification requirements as mandated by law or partner institutions
Retailer, Distributor & Master Distributor Records
PAYWITHBRO maintains records of Retailers, Distributors, and Master Distributors for onboarding, verification, compliance, operational, and regulatory purposes.
Such records are maintained in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, and partner requirements and are used solely for lawful business operations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
Documents Required for Verification
Retailers, Distributors, and Master Distributors may be required to submit documents during onboarding or at any time thereafter for compliance, verification, or risk assessment purposes.
The nature of documents required may vary based on user role, transaction limits, regulatory changes, or partner requirements.
- Government-issued identity proof such as Aadhaar or PAN
- Business-related documents, where applicable
- Bank account details for settlement and verification
- Photographs or self-attested documents for identity verification
- Any additional documents required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or legal obligations
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.
All transaction details must be carefully reviewed before confirmation, as transactions once initiated may not be reversible.
Any activity performed through a user account shall be deemed to have been authorized by the account holder.
Account Suspension or Termination
PAYWITHBRO reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
Such activities may be reported to banks, payment partners, regulatory authorities, cyber crime units, or law enforcement agencies as required by applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
PAYWITHBRO acts solely as a technology facilitator between users, banks, operators, and third-party service providers.
The Company shall not be liable for delays, failures, losses, or damages arising from technical issues, incorrect user inputs, bank-side errors, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Regulatory Position
PAYWITHBRO FINTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not operate as a bank, NBFC, or payment system operator.
Modification of Terms
PAYWITHBRO reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within India.
Grievance Redressal
Any complaints or disputes may be raised through the official grievance redressal mechanism available on the website.
All grievances are addressed within defined timelines as per the Grievance Redressal Policy.
